We have all had computer, or application questions that we need an answer to, most of the time we need an immediate answer. Like when you are working on a spreadsheet, and cannot remember the steps to split the one column of names into two seperate columns of 'First Name' & 'Last Name'. Or how you can freeze the first row and first column in your spreadsheet that contains your column headers, so that when you scroll up and down, and side to side, you will still be able to see the first rown and first column

It is usually the simple things when using a computer, those things you may only use once or twice per year that you need. But when you need to know how, you need to know right away. And lets face it, the help sections, are usually know as the "Helpless" sections. :-) They are usually no help at all. Some of the better ones do have a nice tutorial that will allow you to take lessons. I don't know about you, but I like those type.

Soon you will be able to be more productive with less work and less stress, show your boss that you more than capable of performing tasks faster, better and easier from the assistance that you have learned here, and then, maybe you will be sitting in your Bosses' chair, with them asking you questions.
